The elegant Villa SW on Lake Como, where architecture meets stone and the natural landscape becomes part of the design.
We are in the municipality of Bellagio, one of the most iconic locations on Lake Como, known for its cobbled streets, scenic views, and elegant buildings overlooking the water. In this unique setting stands the elegant Villa SW, a residence surrounded by greenery, designed to blend harmoniously and respectfully with the natural surroundings.

Designed by architect Marco Castelletti—whose work has been featured in leading industry magazines and in the 2008 edition of Phaidon Press’s Atlas of 21st Century Architecture—the villa represents a successful example of contemporary architecture integrated into a sensitive natural context.
For the exterior cladding, Pietraeco in the “Cenere” color was chosen for its authentic reproduction of local stone. The decision was not only aesthetic but also functional: Pietraeco is an eco-friendly reconstructed stone, made without extraction processes and ideal for low-impact environmental projects. Thanks to its low weight, it can be applied over external insulation layers while maintaining high durability.

The stone-clad walls in Cenere stand out against the deep blue of the pool and the towering mountains. The clean architectural lines, clad with Pietraeco products by Rastone, integrate beautifully with the surrounding vegetation, creating a visual harmony between architecture and nature.
The elegant Villa SW reinterprets tradition through a modern lens, giving stone a starring role in a refined, sustainable project that fully respects the spirit of Lake Como.
